Njeri is an innovative self-starter who has worked effectively in all areas of the employee lifecycle (hiring, training, and continued employee learning). She believes that the recognition of training’s value is increasing within companies and this evolution will continue. This is because more company leaders than ever understand that conducting effective training doesn’t just look good on a company’s mission statement, it makes good business sense.
Njeri has a solid foundation of experience in training development, management, coordination and consultancy. She is highly respected for her quality customer service excellence, management development, strategic planning, team development, performance improvement, product roll out, and agent recruitment expertise.
In the last few years, Njeri’s training expertise has seen her work with startups, trade partners, NGOs and other institutions in Kenya and Africa

Dr Kanyutu is a highly skilled and results-oriented research and business management consultant with over 15 years’ experience in customer experience, marketing, research and stakeholder management.
